Dr. ASIS carefully went through the aneurysm problem that I have and spoke with compassion about what I could expect from surgical treatment. I felt that he listened to my concerns. His staff was equally attentive. I felt well taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of my aorta.

Informative, Approachable, Incredibly Talented
Dr. Assi is an incredibly talented surgeon. He is approachable and he makes all of his diagnoses easy to understand. He is able to explain the most complex issues in a simple manner that creates a relaxed environment. He provided insight on my surgery from studying what happened and sharing those findings with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Assi and his Team. They are all extremely passionate, committed and very much know what they are doing. Yale New Haven and all of Dr. Assi’s patients are fortunate to have him.

An incredibly approachable surgeon who takes a personal interest in his patients and immediately makes you feel comfortable answering all your questions, never rushing, with a human touch that is greatly appreciated. His surgical skills extended my life and his patient care following my surgery has been excellent. Dr Assi has assembled a team of professionals that provide support and care, always available to answer your questions or assist with appointments, prescriptions, and tests throughout your surgical and recovery journey.
