Very rude behavior
If possible then I would give him 0 star because he has really bad tone with kids and behaves very badly. His first impression was rude to us. In the visit I took my 3 kids and my little one who is 13 months was crying and other one was 3 and both of them were screaming as they didn’t want to stay there. On this situation Dr. Talwar showed very rude behavior toward my kids and asked me why I bought all 3 o them there? He also said he can’t talk or discuss anything if they stay in the same room where he was and repeatedly he was showing his irritation towards my kids. So my question is if you have no patience to deal with kids why you chose to be a pediatric cardiologist???Lastly I will say He is very rude and I will never ever take my child to this doctor. He needs to learn his good behavior and how to talk to kids.

Wow so shocked to see a low rating
I could not recommend this doctor more. After a scare during my 20week sonogram I was referred to see doctor talwar and he got me in the very next morning and gave me an extremely thorough and educational examination of my daughter’s fetal heart. He comforted me by breaking everything down and literally drawing pictures so I could visualize how he came to his conclusion. I’m disappointed I can’t use him as my pediatrician after the baby is born because there is no doubt in my mind that I would. He’s a no BS type of doctor and that’s what you need when you’re dealing with such a fragile situation. Thanks for being you, doctor talwar!

Find another doctor
My daughters are both athletes, and after hearing about another teenager pass out on an athletic field, I wanted to have my children checked out. Dr. Talwar was rude, cold, and impatient to myself and my daughters. Fortunately, nothing concerning was detected, but of course, he wanted them to wear a monitor a monitor for 24 hours. A few months after the appointment, one of my daughters passed out. The ER recommended that we take her to a cardiologist to look into her extremely low blood pressure. I tried to get an appointment, but there was nothing available until 2 months later. After making arrangements to make the appointment, the office called (the morning of the appointment) to cancel her appointment. I finally made another appointment, which was cancelled because the “Confirmation Text” went to the wrong number. I was not made aware of this and Dr. Talwar refused to see my daughter until it “fit into his day”. It is amazing that a doctor would treat a patient like this

Very rude doctor!
Dr. Talwar was very rude from the moment he entered the room. He was treating me as if I were ignorant about how to care for my own child and did not let me ask any questions. After the appointment, I don’t feel reassured that there isn’t anything wrong with my baby’s heart. Good bedside manner is one of the most important qualities in a doctor! You might know a lot Dr. Talwar, but it’s worthless if you can’t treat people with respect. Never coming back to this practice!
