Dr. Rohit Batheja, MD

From the moment I met Dr. Batheja I knew I was in great hands! He not only has impeccable knowledge and insight but amazing bed-side manners! He is thorough, honest, kind and just amazing! I have a family history of heart disease and he ordered all the necessary tests, and then some! Even when I was worried beyond normal, he reassured me and put my mind and heart at ease. I was recently informed that he is leaving AdventHealth to pursue other paths and while I am happy for him, I feel so sad that I will not longer be under is wonderful care. God bless you Dr. Batheja and may this next journey be a rewarding and fulfilling one!

Doctor Bhatheja is the best cardiologist - Doctor I have ever had. He is kind and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have never left his office with unanswered questions or dissatisfied. Dr Batheja is not only my cardiologist but he also send me to other specialist if he is concern about something. He is a doctor that I am looking forward to see. I can see and feel that he deeply cares about his patients. Doctor Bhatheja also placed two stents in my heart and as you can see, they work fantastic. He is going to be my Cardiologist for the rest of my life. The medical staff at Dr Bhatheja’s office is amazing.Thank you Doctor Bhatheja!

we love Dr batheja - he saved my husband's life

He was treating my 80+year old mother, who had a stroke caused by poor post-surgery care for cancer. He wanted a test done requiring her to be sedated, which is dangerous for her and would hinder her stroke recovery. When I asked why, it was to decide if they would continue a medication they had prescribed. Her primary said they would recommend continuing the same medication for the rest of her life anyway to help prevent another stroke. I asked why the prescription could not just be transferred to the primary- he acted as if I was questioning his supreme judgment, was dismissive and rude. I asked the primary- they said yes, had he called they would have just taken over the prescription and recommended against the test and sedation. Needless to say, my mother will not be seeing this doctor again.

Rohit Bhatheja is a Horrible doctor doesn’t care about anybody but himself. Doesn’t return calls, tells you to find another doctor during a visit. Even my primary doctor couldn’t get a hold of him I was going to ask him questions. My primary says he was unprofessional. He need too lose his license.

In 2015 I saw Dr. Bhatheja when I had a broken heart. Since then I have seen him about every 6 months. I was in icu for three weeks and during that time Dr. Bhatheja came every day. He was always kind, never seemed hurried - I could have believed I was his only patient! He answered all my questions, and was altogether was amazing. He is also a very nice man!

Dr. Bhatheja was an angel sent to me when I needed him. He is very knowledgeable , understanding, caring and most professional doctor. Dr. Bhatheja has always taken the time to explain every procedure that was performed on me to both my husband and myself. I have complete trust in him and even after a move that took me 35 more miles away from his office , I refuse to change doctors! He will be my cardiologist for life and will always be highly recommended by me.

Very arrogant and disrespectful to patient, especially to women. He did not contact family after surgical procedure was completed, leaving them to wonder, for hours, what happened.

I am a patient of Dr. Bhatheja and I just has 3 stents put in. I could not be happier with him as a doctor. He was very professional and knowledgeable . He diagnosed my condition right away and tool excellent care of me. All through my procedures he kept me informed. He has excellent bedside manners. When he put the stents in I had no pain and I couldnt say enough about him as a doctor.

Dr. Bhatheja is the most kind and caring doctor with the best bedside manner. He has taken care of my mom for the past 6 years and has always made the right decisions for her. He has actually saved her life in my eyes with his expertise, focus and compassion for his patients. He makes you feel like part of his family and he will not stop until he finds ALL the RIGHT ANSWERS to help you through a possible life changing experience. His nurse and staff are also VERY caring and concerned for you

He listens and operates at a high tempo. He will slow down to explain what is going on and listen to you. He is a Saintlike Doctor.

This doctor would not call me back personally after prescribing a medication that was contraindicated with my other medication.

Dr. Bhatheja was extremely attentive and listened to my situation, paying close attention to my symptoms, not just to my test results. He proceeded to refer me to a cardiac surgeon and ultimately this saved my life. He was very thorough and aggressive in my care.
