Staff and office is terrible
Staff and office is terrible. Office does not follow Mayo Clinic or other highly respected prep programs and wanted me to fast for 45 hours prior to a colonoscopy. Standard is half that. I asked a nurse and she blew me off. Impossible to get through to offices, disconnected several times, waited for an appointment that was cancelled day prior because I hadn't returned a call in less than 2 hours during a work day. I finally gave up.

Dr Clarke is a phenomenal doctor especially within the JPS system. I stayed with him when I was eligible for Medicare and could have gone elsewhere. My routine appointment time is not rushed except as his required rules determine and still he takes time to be pleasant and informative. My routine colonoscopies could be stressful but my assurance in the skill and ethics of Dr Clarke let me relax as much as can be done. I have recommended Dr C to my son (not in the JPS system) because dr C is best!
