Dr. Ng is great! I had an apt to discuss heart palpatations I had been having a lot. He was caring and listened to me. He said I should probably wear a monitor to see what's going on with those palpatations. That apt. was in Oct. The next January I receive the monitor in the mail and decide to check if medicare approved of it. They did not!! The person who handles insurance in their office should be fired!

Dr. Ng is the reason I’m still alive. I will forever be grateful for his work. His compassion and the level of care he has brought to me. Went beyond what any doctor had ever done for me. He is the reason I’m alive today after years and years of doctors dismissing me. Beyond compassionate & the most intelligent doctor I have ever worked with.

I couldn’t disagree more with the other review. He was 15 minutes late to a virtual appointment and shut of the virtual appointment after 8 minutes. No time for questions and he seemed very unprepared for the appointment. He doesn’t respond to any questions through MyChart. Overall I was very disappointed with this Cardiologist. I can’t recommend this Dr to anyone.

The BEST kind of doctor!! He is not judgmental, he thinks outside the box and he looks for problems (whereas most docs tend to be dismissive of symptoms unless they’re too big to ignore). He is so compassionate and he spends as much time as you need to answer questions and explain everything. (This can mean you have to wait past your original appointment time as he gives this care to all patients). He is up to date with recent research and knows about rare conditions. He is a Godsend.

My father sees Dr. Ng. We find him warm, thoughtful, and willing to take time with us. He seems to be up on current research- a major plus.
