Dr. Roger Mazlen, MD

This is a real doctor. Thorough, compassionate, curious, and willing to listen and consider all of your symptoms before jumping to conclusions. An absolute god-send. I credit him with saving my life when no other doctors would listen. I travel over 2 hours to see him for a chronic condition and recommend him to anyone who is suffering from a serious or chronic condition. Even the front desk is amazing and incredibly caring.

Terrible service in this office. See the previous review about Sandy. Sandy the office manager won't refund payments to my family although she was reimbursed by the insurance company. Thus keeping the money and gets paid twice, by me and the insurance company. She loses important documents such as payment checks from insurance companies and medical authorizations. Dr. Mazlen appears to have significant knowledge in his field. However, his administrative staff appear to take liberties in offering medical advice that they should not. For instance, I was told by an assistant that I could expect a Herx response from a medication; later, after experiencing a significant decline in my health status, I was able to speak directly to Dr. Mazlen and he contradicted the assistant, saying I should NOT experience a Herx on that medication.
