Underwent two separate cosmetic procedures with Dr. Friedman's practice and am very disappointed with the results several months post-op. When I calmly and politely expressed my dissatisfaction he became defensive, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional-- unable to separate his ego from the constructive feedback he was receiving from a justifiably upset patient. It felt like one big effort at gaslighting and blame shifting. The results of the facial procedure ended up looking extremely different than the renderings he showed prior to surgery and have impacted my mental health immensely. After this tense conversation, he left the room without any further indication of post-op care moving forward and wouldn't even shake my hand. When a refund was requested, Friedman begrudgingly obliged for covering the lesser of the two procedures yet his office demanded a release form be signed that would absolve them of liability for both procedures. This is one of the biggest regrets of my life.

Great experience!
Went in for lift with slight reduction and am blown away by the results. It looks amazing! The initial recovery was much faster then expected as well. I was back to running within 4-5 weeks. Dr. Friedman did a wonderful job and has great bedside manner. Even held my hand as I drifted off under anesthesia.

Roger Friedman gave me a facelift a few years back. I look good but I am in my 4th year and continue to suffer with daily nerve pain. I need to take a medication that works as a nerve block 4 times per day. That is down from the first 6 months when I needed 12 pills per day. I cannot wear earrings or tolerate my hair or sheets near my face. When I complained, Roger showed no compassion and took no personal responsibility. I described more on my google review where there is more space.

Almost 6 weeks out from surgery and I can not say enough about Dr. Friedman and his skill. I put off having this surgery for years. He corrected my nose beautifully - its so cute and most of all it looks like me. I had zero no bruising and minimal swelling of the nose just days after surgery. I came out of surgery feeling great and able to breathe so much better than before the surgery! He is amazing. He is incredibly skilled and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process.

I was very scared but more so nervous but I put my trust and faith into Dr.Friedman & He Gave Me The Breast I've Always Dreamed Of...He is so passionate about his work and I love my breastlift will reccomend Any and everyone to him and his team make you feel right at home and the healing I was up and out the house 2 days after my surgery

Dr. Friedman is a highly skilled surgeon and one heck of a nice guy to boot! He is patient in explaining all procedures and his caring, compassionate demeanor immediately puts one at ease. I had a complete facelift about 6 months ago and I could not be more pleased. I am so very glad I went to Dr. Friedman for my surgery. I will most definitely use him again if I should need any type of plastic surgery. Let me also say that Dr. Friedman's staff is absolutely superb! A winning combination!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Friedman and staff. His expertise, kindness , compassion and skill as a surgeon is unmatched. After a significant weight loss I decided on a tummy tuck to get rid of my excess skin despite all the exercise I did. The results are amazing I feel like a new person and have a much easier time exercising and reaching my fitness goals. Dr. Friedman gave me back the self confidence I had lost for so many years.

I highly recommend Dr. Friedman. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. He truly cared about my wants and spent a lot of time answering my questions to ensure I was comfortable. As a result, I got exactly want I wanted and couldn't be happier. Surgery was easy and recovery was painless. Dr. Friedman called me the night that I had my surgery to check on me and make sure I was doing alright. Excellent bedside manner.

The best I could hope for. Everything went according to plan. Just the way he explained it would. My recovery went better than expected.my surgery was Christmas Eve and he saw me the next day.i really can't say enough good things. I wouldn't go anywhere else
