This guy is nothing more than a dupe for a long term care facility (Vi at Lakeside Village) and based on my experience makes treatment recommendations based on what is best for the facility and not what is best, or even appropriate, for a resident. He knows little to zero about the residents needs and limitations. He also avoids standing up for PT standards when they conflict with the profiteering motives of the long term care facility.
