Bad Diagnostic Doctor
I would never recommend this Doctor! He disappointed my husband and I he didn’t show up for a planned Hospital procedure and for six months he couldn’t solve our health problem! Went to another cardiologist in a month we have an answers! AFibilation running constantly! Heart Monitor proved this diagnosis!

The front desk staff members treat patients like they are begging for services. I asked a question about my appointment and she gave me an attitude and told me that the doctor needed to see me and I explained to her that the doctor told me that I was ok and I didn't needed to be seen, she told me that the doctor needed to see me so that's why I am here. The other staff member began speaking to each other in Spanish which I find very rude and unprofessional. Yes Doctor Carillo-Jimenez is a great doctor but your staff members are a direct reflection of your profession and what patients see. My wife was on the phone and heard the exchange between the 2 staff members and she explained that they were talking about me.

Yesterday I had my last visit to Dr. Carrillo. I arrived 30 mins before my scheduled appointment. I saw all other patients that come later than me be attended, and I was still at the office by an hour. One of the front desk ladies asks the other about a patient called (my name) that showed in the system as waiting. The other one said that no (that one checked me in), they were done for the day. They didn't realize that I was listening and understood everything that they said. 5 mins later, I approach them and ask how long it will take to see the doctor. A few minutes later, listen to them gossiping with the doctor about what happened to me; he answers that they need to be aware of the patients. At least I was expecting that he came at that moment, apologize, and take care of me, but it didn't happen. About 5 mins later, finally, I was called to be in. Guess who takes care of me, the nurse practitioner. I felt so disrespected, I make an appointment with my doctor, no a nurse.

Between waiting in the teeny overcrowded waiting room and after seeing the Dr., I had to stand on a line in the hallway to check out at the front desk. I was at Dr. Carrillo's office for over 2 hours. I actually saw him for about 10 minutes. That office is so overbooked, during Covid, it's criminal !!!!

WORST CARDIOLOGIST EVER! I have no words for this person. He’s horrible. He’s been my moms cardiologist and she’s always complaining about how unprofessional he is; & what a bad doctor he is, well I met him today and he’s not only unprofessional the way he spoke to me (he knew I was in the office with my mom to check him out) so he was totally rude to me and her. Needless to say, this is the last time my mom goes to him since we’ll be choosing another cardiologist for her. This guy must have paid highly to obtain HOA license. If you need a real conscientious doctor, this guy is not it at all!!

Doc Carrillo saw me immediately after my hospital visit and assured me I'd be back on the ship in no time. After about two months after my follow up stress test, I am back to work and giving these deck hands a run for their money.

Horrible experience. My 91-year-old father had an appointment at noon and the office made him stand outside in the Florida June summer heat for over an hour without even bothering to check on him or see if he had water. When they finally brought him into the office to see the doctor, they told him he was next in line. He waited another 35 minutes, totaling almost 2 hours, then he got up and walked out. horrible doctor, horrible staff, stay away!

As a 90 year old patient, I had a 1200 appointment. for the result of a test 4 days before. The waiting room was filled and I was to sit outside in 90 degree heat. After 1 hour I was called in and taken to an exam room to wait for the doctor . After 38 minutes and it is now 1:38, I decided to leave as I hadn't eaten since 7am. I walked passed the main desk and informed the clerks that I was leaving was assured the doctor would be with me soon. Never the less I left. He may be great but to keep 90 year old patient waiting that long is unconscionable.
