I am a healthcare provider. I have been going to Dr. Randall since 2007. Great office, very efficient, and one of the most compassionate doctors out there. I have referred to his office many times. Some of my staff go to him and say the same things. He is great. His office is well run and efficient. Never had an issue in 15 years. I especially like his new office location.

I was first seen by this office and had a great experience. Went in for a new patient appointment and then a stress test a week or so later. The clinical staff I worked with could not have been nicer and more professional. I have a high deductible health plan, so I asked prior each appointment what my out of pockets costs would be with the in network discount. I paid $354 for the new patient appointment and the $815 for the stress test. I felt I would at least get closer to my deductible so no worries. In August I noticed that my stress test claim had not been submitted so I called and spoken with someone who said, that it takes 2-3 months for my insurance to process the claims. (Not true). The claim was finally processed on 9/1 and I looked at the EOB and I had not been charged fee scheduled rates but the off the street fee. Long story short, good doctor terrible admin staff. Dr refused to call me when I asked to speak with him about service.

Superb, in every respect. My first visit to a local Cardiologist, having another Heart Dr. in another town. The distance resulted in too infrequent checkups. My wife and I were concerned about my APHIB prior to leaving on a lengthy trip tomorrow, and wanted some assurance that the trip was advisable. I cannot express how impressed I was with Dr. Randall and his excellent staff, so much so that I fully plan to rely on Dr. Randall in the future for my Cardio needs.

This is the most efficient Drs office I have ever been to. If your appointment is at 10 you're in at 10 everytime. Also the only Drs office that if you call with a question you don't leave a message for a call back they get you the answer there and then. Dr. Randall and his staff are the best! I'm so grateful to have my heart in such capable hands.

Been going to his office for over 20 years now. One of the best run offices I have ever been in. Staff is well informed, friendly, professional, I have never had to wait for any amount of time. Dr. Randall pays attention and gives plain answers to questions.

Referred to this doctor after issues causing hospital stay. Called to make an appointment and greeted with very rude office staff making the appointment. I was chastised for not having a copy of my hospital records. She stated she would now have to spend the time to get them herself from the hospital. I offered to sign a release and faxed to the office and was told NO now it becomes her job and I wasn’t helping by not having them. She informed me the doctor has very strict criteria who he lets become his patient and she can’t just stop to get everyone’s records so I should find another doctor and hung up the phone. As a nurse who has worked for the same group of physicians over 25 years I know bringing records or having them faxed over for an appointment is done daily and routine. I’m not sure why it was such a chore for her ( I did offer) Dear Dr.. How many other patients have you lost because she didn’t want to do her job?Reminder: Front office staff is the 1st impression of you.

Over the years his office has become more of a time management machine than a medical practice. Compassion is no longer a part of his practice. Staff rushes you through vitals, Dr. Randall rushes you through visit and then sonographer rushes the echo. The last visit he changed my beta blocker and I had a rebound effect in 2 days after starting the new medication. I had rapid heart rate and my blood pressure was extremely high. ER visit required! Never returned my call the next day.
