He is a nice talker , all talk , an old amature supported by Kaiser , He did a simple C section for my mother and entrapped her Ilioinguinal nerve and caused a life long trauma , ended with the installation of a morphine pump to lower her pain and finally led to her death leaving 2 children. Kaiser protected there doctor through an arbitration process that is designed to drag the patient for years and pay nothing ,, welcome to this Kaiser that holds no one accountable

On July 1, 1992 Dr. Parker delivered my beautiful baby boy. My husband was killed when I was three months pregnant. Dr. Parker was high risk OB/GYN, so I was referred to him. With three pushes, in the labor room, my son came out with the cord wrapped around his neck. Dr. Parker did some cool move and got that cord off in seconds! I was never really able to thank him properly, since I went home to take care for my two children. Thank you, Dr. Parker! You are the best! We are doing great!
