Warning. Don’t go there. They charge a “facility fee” of over a hundred dollars on top of regular charges for doctor appointment. The facility fee isn’t covered by insurance. Apparently, there was some mention of the additional uncovered fee in the vast number of papers you will be asked to sign. Don’t be fooled like I was. Now I know not to use this office or any other associated with Advent Health.
