Rude!
Telehealth
I don’t know how this guy is a pediatrician. Very rude and inconsiderate. Acted like we were incompetent because we weren’t wearing masks and isolating my kid. Didn’t ask any questions and didn’t care to hear me out. Laughed at the end of the call and said good luck! Good luck to you with all these horrible reviews and complaints.

Never met a doctor so rude, shocked that he is allowed to practice pediatric medicine. If there was an option to put zero stars, I would .

Terrible
Telehealth
I wish I could give 0 stars, extremely and unnecessarily rude. Acted like we were just neglectful parents even though we do everything we can make sure our child is well, constantly take her to the doctor but unfortunately they are not always open which I thought is was telehealth was a great option. He has left an awful impression for using this service. He looked and acted completely unprofessional. Like a big slob sitting there demeaning us instead of being helpful.

worst visit ever experienced with a DR
Telehealth
My son was exposed to whooping cough by best friend who was diagnosed with lab test. Was looking to put him on prophylaxis treatment which is standard of care regardless of your vaccination status. Entire video visit lasted aprox 1 min. The Dr was rude from the get go. He made me and my wife feel like we were bothering him and doing something wrong by seeking treatment for our son. A awful experience. I wish 0 stars was a option.

Can’t believe he is a DR
Telehealth
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dr. Cant believe this guy is a pediatrician. Had a virtual call for my 2 year old son. He was so rude and short, I could tell immediately this guy did not care AT ALL. Call lasted probably 3 minutes. Didn’t ask any questions or even listen to what was going on let alone care to help. Didn’t give any helpful insight or advice. I couldn’t wait to just end the call, it was that bad. Leaving this review in hopes no one else has to go through a visit like this, especially when their child is sick.

Very Rude!!!
Telehealth
During a telehealth visit for my child, he insinuated that her sinus infection was my fault. He did not take any time to evaluate her, and he has terrible bedside manner. He asked me one question three times as if I did not know my child. He does not have a disposition for pediatrics.

Absolutely awful
Telehealth
Our telehealth visit lasted three minutes and six seconds. This person initiated the call with “what’s the problem” and then proceeded to tell my son to cough, breathe out of his nose, and ask if he had headaches. After twenty seconds of a H&P he declared that my son was not sick and should start OTC allergy treatments for the next 6 months. After I attempted to better explain symptoms, this person interrupted me, stated he WOULD NOT be providing antibiotics, and then ended the video visit. After I complained to Amwell, I learned that he did not complete any documentation of our “encounter.” Steer clear of this man.

Rude, doesn’t listen
Telehealth
Very rude. Doesn’t listen. Immediately upon answering the telemedicine call asked “what’s the problem”. You’d think someone in pediatrics would listen a little better and have a more pleasing disposition. Waste of time and horrible first experience with telehealth medicine. Should’ve looked at reviews before selecting him as a provider. Maybe there’s a reason he does telehealth instead of in person pediatrics.

Beyond Rude and Unpleasant
Usually when you start a phone call you say hello and ask how the other person is doing. None of that happened and he just asked what I wanted. I had about 10 seconds to try and explain my situation before he interrupted me, put words in my mouth, and then told me he would not approve the note I needed and that I should see someone else for my problems. I would give a 0 if that was possible. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

Rude
My husband and I did a telehealth visit for our 1 year old daughter for hand foot and mouth. We already figured that's what she had, we have 2 older daughters who have had it before. We mostly did the visit to get a Dr's note on when she could return to daycare. Upon confirming that's what she indeed had, he refused to issue a note explaining when she may be able to return, saying he couldn't possibly predict the time frame. He also felt the need to tell us that her daycare is completely irresponsible for allowing her to go back. I had to interrupt him to try to tell him that I am the Assistant Director at her daycare and we aren't letting her back in, but she won't be allowed back when she's better without a note. He told me again that he wouldn't issue a note and that her daycare was irresponsible yet again, which confirmed he was not listening at all. Before my husband and I ultimately ended the call, he told us "nice try trying to get around things". Rude and unprofessional.

Uncaring Doctor
This doctor was rude, did not listen, and had a terrible disposition. He wrote 3 prescriptions that the pharmacy wouldn’t even fill because they are all over the counter medications. This LiveHealth Online visit was such a waste of time and money….

This guy is a provider for Teladoc and refused to issue an excuse for my daughter missing school after we paid the copay and he actually diagnosed her. Not sure what the problem is but I would certainly steer clear if you should be unlucky enough to get him.
