Should NOT be treating chronic pain patients!
He questioned almost everything I told him and had zero empathy. Horrible bedside manner, had me in tears because he acted as though I was exagerating or outright lying to him despite having xrays, MRIs etc right in front of him. I saw him 4 or 5 times and he spoke to me very little or when he did he talked down to me. When I was having one procedure I was having a hard time laying flat and still because of the pain in my back and he asked me why I was in distress?? Really?? PAIN is why.. the department you work in, remember! Bottom line he didnt believe me, like I get numerous injections and procedures in my spine for kicks! He is a horrible match for Pain Management Department and I finally refused to see him again .

Great Experience. Another reason I love Kaiser docs over previous doctors I have seen. Dr Youssefi provided prompt, expert care and listened to my questions and answered them with expert knowledge. He came recommended from my friend and did not disappoint.

Top notch care. Dr Youssefi clearly knows his stuff and explained everything to me in detail. Not a pill pusher like other doctors I have seen in the past.

He has exceptionally poor interpersonal skills and bed side manner. He is dismissive and condisending. He is proof of the old adage that many anithesiologists go into the specialty because they cannot work with patients while they are awake. He needs to learn that he is a highly trained professional not a god. The worst and most dangerous kind of Dr.'s are the ones who have no caring for their patients regardless of their clinical expertise.
