Very negligent 5 star neurologist
Beware . He doesn’t belong to any hospital so don’t ever need his help with your parkinson disease because you won’t get it.

Extaordinary physician
Dr. Di Paola takes his time give a complete exam. Listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly so you can understand what is going on and gives you the opportunity to ask questions.I would highly recommend him, however it is difficult to get appointments. Plan on waiting to get on the schedule. Paula P

Excellent Neurologist. When we left PA we had Dr. Cheryl Waters @ Columbia Presbyterian in NY. We moved to NJ and Dr. Waters recommended Dr. Dipaola for my husband’s Neurologist. She was 100% correct! Never had a problem being rushed and he always explained everything and answered my husband’s questions. My husband and I are very happy with Dr, D!

I went to this guy for over ten years used me like a guinea pig to learn more about tourette syndrome and tried all different kinds of meds on me furthered his career left the practice he was at without even notifying me left me without a neurologist left me without being treated and at the practice he did go to he no longer accepts my insurance so now I'm in a limbo where I'm stuck without a neurologist that does tourette syndrome he is a snake in the grass it's not fare on how I was treated I would have to wait over a hour just to be seen just for him to spend 5 minutes in the room me he is one of the reasons I don't trust doctors anymore in the over ten years experience I have dealing with him it seems he doesn't care about his patience he only cares about the advancement of his career I'm proof of that by the way I was never notified he left the practice and went to another practice that doesn't take my insurance how i was left without a way to get my medications and treatment

Best neurologist there
We moved to Florida and all I can say is dr. Dipaola s expertise and honesty could be used here. He is a great listener and evaluates very skillfully does not do unnecessary testing and incorporates what you are looking for in handling your illness. He does not impose tests just for the sake of them and shows respect for his patients. My husband and I missed him dearly. If I make back to NJ he is the doctor I would go back to.

This was my first visit to Dr. Di Paola with my husband. My husband has had Parkinson's disease for 5 years and we have been to several neurologists during that time, looking for the "right" one. Well, Dr. DiPaola was the one we were looking for!!! He was kind, caring, thorough, professional, and we didn't feel like we were being rushed through the visit so he could get on to his next patient. We really felt "heard" and "understood". This was the BEST visit to a doctor we have ever had for my husband's illness. We both were thoroughly impressed!!!

Waited almost an hour and a half for just over six minutes of his time. Sounded knowledgeable until he recommended CBD oil as a treatment as well as Xanax. Did minimal testing and suggested two possible diagnoses but stated that one fit more than the other.

We just moved here, my husband has had Parkinsons for 17 years, controlled by a deep brain stimulator (DBS). Dr. DiPaulo, recommended by my husband's prior neurologist, gave my husband the most comprehensive exam he has ever had, listening to both my husband and me. He is extremely knowledgeable about Parkinsons and DBS (I know because, as my husband's advocate, I've done a lot of research). We highly recommend Dr. DiPaulo to anyone in this area with Parkinsons.
