Dr Wilson discontinued treatment abruptly. Until this day I do not know the reason. I am currently looking for another Neurologist.

Lacking Empathy for seniors
I took my elderly mom to Dr. Wilson regarding her concerns of memory loss and weakness in her arm. I let my mom explain her concerns and I chimed in when necessary; however, Dr. Wilson cut her off and was very dismissive regarding her concerns. She told my mom that she has "dementia" so she was confused as to what else she wanted her to do. I told Dr. Wilson that she needed to be more sensitive and empathetic to seniors and could explain things using much more diplomacy.

Outstanding visit with a very personable approach to the issues that she was presented with. Very approachable and easy to communicate with. Very bright ( an important attribute). Her respect for your opinion and questions was admirable and very much appreciated. Highly recommend this Neurologist.

Dr. Wilson has been treating my elderly father with great expertise and genuine care for over the last year for a brain shunt implant and follow up adjustments. I couldn’t ask for better care, knowledge, bedside manner and treatment for my Dad. Dr. Wilson treats my Dad with respect, and has given him back his sense of independence and dignity. I appreciate this kind of professionalism and kindness in a doctor.

my wife is writing this comment for me. my experience with dr. wilson was superior and i originally came to her for a second opinion. for three years i had been to two other neurologists, both in large teaching hospitals. dr. wilson talked and listened to me like no one else -- others talked to my wife as if i wasn't in the room and then when we left my wife would explain everything. dr. wilson was always patient and kind, yet truthfully explained my health issues. i immediately felt hope.

I took my mother to see Dr. Wilson for concerns with memory deficits. While she was thourough and appeared to be knowledgeable she lacks empathy and compassion. My mother found her to also be dismissive and would cut her off when trying to ask questions.

While she had a pleasant tone she was dismissive and not empathetic. I went with my mother who has been showing signs of dementia. Robin Wilson asked me how she could help. I tried explaining issues that I saw. Robin's response was what do you want me to do. That sounds like normal symptom's of dementia. She offered no expectations or empathy. Her staff yelled at me when I asked her to intervene she said nothing. I can't believe she is allow to be a clinician. I wish I had read her reviews first

I was referred to Dr. Wilson by my ENT. She was very professional, yet down to earth, making sure she explained everything so that I could understand. She took a lot of time with me and was extremely knowledgeable. I am happy to be under her care, and I know she has my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does.

The most unprofessional Doctor I have ever met. She literally laughs and brags about how useless she is to patients. She will waste your time and provide no help to your problem. Please save your time and energy and go elsewhere.
