I am a few weeks removed from my hair transplant with Dr. Unger. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Unger's expertise and her staff's professionalism. I am a middle-aged man who's been losing hair for years and whose self confidence has suffered dearly as a result. My collection of baseball caps speaks volumes to being uncomfortable with my appearance. Upon my first consultation with Dr. Unger, I was convinced she was the best person for such a precious task. As I never had any aesthetic surgery, I had numerous questions (and, to be sure, concerns), most critically, if the outcome would look natural. Even before finishing my list of questions, I put my notes down and knew I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Unger. Now, post-procedure, I have a new spring in my step, a renewed burst of confidence. Dr. Unger's staff is extraordinary. Their thoughtfulness and compassion has and continues to guide me throughout the process. I am grateful more than words can express.

Dr. Unger and her team are incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough for an FUT procedure! Everyone was patient, kind, and professional. I felt very prepared for the surgery, and everything went very well. Cheryl was especially wonderful and made herself available to help with anything I needed in the days leading up to surgery and throughout the recovery process. I'm thrilled with my results, and I will absolutely return for any future medical procedures I need for my hair!

Dr Robin Unger was exceptional. She has a very busy practice but got me in right away. She spent over an hour with me discussing my options. It turns out the best option was not to have surgery but PRP and Acell. So excited that we went through the best options for me and not just sold the most expensive. Dr Unger is truly one of a kind in this field.

I had FUE almost a year ago and had a great result. The result is natural, realistic and met my expectations. Dr Unger and her team are professional, funny and make the experience as low stress as possible. She’s great and very real.

I would never go to any other surgeon and highly recommend her for personal, expert care, especially if you are a woman!

I am so glad that I chose Dr. Unger for my female hair restoration procedure. I consulted with many doctors, all others were very highly regarded men, and Dr. Unger had a much better understanding of female hair restoration. She spent a lot of time speaking with me about the procedure and what to expect, including possible complications. Luckily I didn't experience any of them and now 18 months later I am completely thrilled with my result. She really is an artist and a wonderful person to boot!

Called Dr. Unger's office about 3 times in 2 weeks following up an online inquiry placed on her website. Her receptionist Joy seems to struggle with basic processes such as making appointments/ finding availability/ returning calls. Two phone calls later, no returned call , she took over 10 min to find availability on two days in question. Ultimately let me know for a consultation it is a $475 cash or check payment ||| how a doctor can expect that fee with such incapable office administrator.

Dr. Unger patiently informed me about the pros and cons (What cons?) of the procedure last year. (I am 60.) I elected to have her perform the surgery on the front of my head. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I get satisfaction from it every day. Dr. Unger gave me (1) more, (2) better and (3) permanent hair. (Actually, she just moved my hair a few inches. Amazing!) My family encouraged me to "finish the job" on the back. She performed a 2nd procedure 3 weeks ago.

WORDS ALONE WILL NEVER CAPTURE OUR SINCEREST GRATITUDE TO DR. UNGER. NOT ONLY IS SHE SOOOOOOOOO PROFESSIONAL IN HER EXPERTISE, BUT WENT WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY BY SHOWING US SO MUCH SUPPORT, WARMTH, PATIENCE, LOVE AND KINDNESS. HER WORDS OF HONESTY TRULY TOUCHED OUR HEARTS. WHEN ALL THE OTHER DOCTORS LOST HOPE, SHE WAS THERE TO LIFT US UP, SHE WAS TRULY G-D SENT!!! SHE TREATED OUR SON AS IF HE WAS HER VERY OWN. SHE CHANGED HIS LIFE FOREVER AND WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO THANK HER ENOUGH!

The hair transplant I received was absolutely transformative. I had become so self conscious and I could no longer enjoy special occasions and was thinking of retiring early. Dr. Robin Unger did a phenomenal job, and I am back to feeling great again. The results speak for themselves.
