Dr. Robin Tong, DO

Learned about my health issues post-partum from Dr. Tong after moving to Washington from another state. He has seen me at my worst health and now, at my best. He always listened very closely to what I'm saying, how I'm feeling, and would help address everything. I have been well taken care of because of Dr. Tong. Just when you thought you found a caring doctor....his staff not so much. I went for an appointment and was treated with little compassion and understanding for being 3 minutes past the 5 minute wait time. I asked the receptionist to please reconsider as I had been traveling from Elk Grove Village and she ignored my request completely. Her lack of empathy says volumes of how she treats his patients. Dr. Tong remembers his patients problems. You aren’t just another buck to him. He cares for people, also he will see you last min appointment if you really need to see the doctor. He’s very flexible with his schedule

Awesome! Dr. Tong was a good listener, explained things using simple terms and analogies, and took the time to tell me what I should expect going forward. He has a very kind, courteous, thoughtful demeanor and talked out what he was thinking and why, which made me feel very comfortable and helped answer questions that he anticipated that I could have in the future! The office is modern, quiet and clean! Ada, the nurse, was amazing as well! She was really personable and empathetic!

I finally found a Doctor that actually listens to what I say. This is so very important to me. Dr. Tong is one of the best doctors I have ever had, period. He is patient and does not rush you. He takes the time to listen to your medical ailments and issues. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly. Mind you, all of these things are things that many other doctors do not do in my personal experience. He is never dismissive and is always respectful. And he just has great bedside manners overall. I cannot recommend Dr. Tong highly enough, truly.
