Worse dr ever
I went in for a same day appointment due to multiple issues. First he sent a student in without him to do my exam but documented in my mychart that he did the exam. I was told they would only deal with one symptom and I would need to make a regular appointment. He had horible bedside manner and his student was just as bad. It turned out I have cat scratch fever which had he looked at the rash on my legs and arms he would have noticed I was not well. It spread to my optic nerve in both eyes creating visual disturbances. All my symptoms should have triggered him to check for sepsis but instead i was told to come back at a later time. I left very upset and I will not return to that clinic ever again. He should not be practicing medicine.

I was threatened with not being seen when I presented in extreme pain and answered NO to a question about my vitals taken. It was rhetorical, I guess. I called to find out about heart monitor results and was told I need to come in, that Dr. Richardson will not make phone calls, even simply to provide test results. Office staff refused to write a note informing the reason I want to talk to a supervisor. Still do want that talk.
