Unbelievably compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, kind, honest, never leaves you hanging--it's hard to find the right words, because she's been such a fixture in my family's life for over a decade. I honestly don't know how we would have survived everything that's been thrown at us if we didn't have Robin Park in our lives. She's truly amazing, as is her wonderful, compassionate, kind staff. You won't find a better place to go for psychiatry than Sparrow Psychological Services. (We've gone to her for both in person visits and telehealth.)

Dr. Park has been incredibly helpful for our family. She listens, is respectful, and is the quintessential professional. The office staff couldn’t be nicer.

She is very rude and disrespectful when she is inconvenienced in any way. Doesn't work well with families. Very hard to contact as it all has to be through text. Very, very arrogant woman. Very off-putting. Was offended when we requested a bill instead of settling for their estimate. Awful experience.

Dr. Parks spent the entire time I was in with her on her computer. She was not writing down what I was telling her, she was typing in my written family history. The packet we all have to fill out. She would not look at me as her back was turned from me the entire time. She did not address me by name and she decided based on my mother's diagnosis that I was Bi-polar and needed several potent and undoubtedly harmful to me. I was seeing her of my own volition and not by referral of my primary doctor nor any specialist that I see for my physical disabilities which are a many. This woman needs to be evaluated and looked into further. I intend on filing a formal complaint as I am certain and it has been verified by 2 other psychiatrists that I am not Bi-polar on any level. This woman either has lost compassion for her patients or she is not addressing her own issues.

In my experience with my daughter, Dr. Park’s solution was to throw medicine at the problems. She never once did any kind of testing to see what the root cause of things were, just kept changing dosages and meds. I personally weened her off of almost everything Dr. Park put her on because of the side effects, because Dr. Park basically refused to do so herself. Wait times are horrendous. Staff is not friendly and our time was not valued by them.

I would only recommend parents away from Dr. Park. Our daughter was put on the maximum ADULT dosages for two medications. She had terrifying side effects, and Dr. Park’s treatment path was to just shift her to an even higher dosage and stronger medications with even worse side effects. I would never wish our experience with this doctor on anyone. Beware.

I've gone to parks for several years now along with my brother and mom. She's very difficult to take (to me). She doesn't truly listen to my situation. I'm not the dr therefor I shouldn't have a Psychiatrist looking at me like an idiot when I give the symptoms of a medication and not know what's going on or what to do. You have to leave a voicemail upon calling. The woman in the office seem to refuse to answer the phone! I can't wait to switch. If suffered because of lack of knowledge from her.

Warning! Dr.Park is strictly a prescription based doctor. We were given zero notice regarding warning signs for side effects to medications (which we experienced). Rather than communicate a concern and alter the path, Dr.Park only prescribed another med for the side effects of the first med. Neither helping our son. Ultimately, she prescribed the max. allowed dose of both and my son was hospitalized mult. times. I had enough. Told docs I wanted zero meds and...Sure enough my son was 100% fine.

Very satisfied with Dr. Park's care of my autistic teen over the last three years. She listens to my concerns and doesn't push her ideas. She makes recommendations and allows you to be a part of the decision making. She is very knowledgeable and direct. I highly recommend her.
