Amazing best doctor ever!

Dr MRAZ was very condescending and disrespectful and dismissive and rude and insulted my intelligence and treated me like I was a rebellious toddler. Didn’t want to hear my symptoms and refused to do a CT scan despite two other of my providers requested it that day. She said she was not about to be dictated to by other Doctors and ignored their requests and said that only she would make that determination after looking at simple blood work results. The most miserable, mean, egotistical doctor I have ever met in my life.

Cold, callous, indifferent and utterly cruel. No kindness nor empathy. She made no verbal nor bodily clues that she was listening to me let alone taking in my concerns. She spent less than five min with me. She very clearly predetermined that she would wash her hands of me well before she had even entered my room. Unconscionable behavior from someone who is meant to care for the injured, ill, and those in pain. A person like this has no business holding a job caring for patients whom are at their most vulnerable. The dismissal from Mraz was absolutely unacceptable. Actions need to be taken.

I had the displeasure of being treated by Dr. Robin Mzar from the ER department at NW CDH Hospital in Winfield. All though through in her testing, and everything ruled out. I have never been treated with such disregard for the pain I was in. She has tainted the representation of the finest Hospital.

Dismissive and rude . Rushed me in and out and clearly doesn’t care for human beings

Dr. Mraz was not interested in finding a diagnosis. She only half listened to the symptoms and then led the discussion and diagnostics toward her faulty assumptions. When the diagnostics did not support her assumptions she refused to even consider it could be something else and sent me home with no answers. I paid for her services and she did not deliver on those services. I will now pay for more appointments with doctors who actually care about patients and outcomes.

Cordial, concerned, attentive and seemingly knowledgeable. Dr Mraz was easy to work with, listened attended my needs in a professional manner not usually experienced in an emergency room atmosphere. She was thorough and appropriate in her responses to my condition.

Dr.Mraz's straightforward approach, and compassion make her a perfect match for an emergency situation. Though direct and assertive there is also the presence of warm, compassion, and a love of humanity that shines through. I am thankful for the experience of engaging with her.
