Horrible, terrible, rude and most unworthy of the profession. All she knows is how to milk money out the patients without really caring for anyone. In fact all the staff in the hospital do their best to milk patients badly to the greatest possible extent while providing sub-standard care at a very poor standard. It is worse that a public hospital in a third world country! Strongly recommend folks to stay away from Nashoba Valley Emergency at Ayer especially to those who are in critical condition

The worst ER doctor I've ever seen, I went in twice with serious medical issues, she told me I was fine.. sent me on my way. I went to another ER where I was diagnosed within an hour and was admitted to said "other" hospital for 3 weeks. I avoid this hospital like the plague. When I insisted I was no okay, she gave me a sedative and sent me home. Thankfully I was with it enough to get to another ER. I don't know how she has a License still. Even one of the nurses insisted she's the worst.

Very rude and condescending doctor. I would not let her touch even my dog let alone a family member.

Totally insensitive to the needs of the patient and their family. Dr. Gross is arrogant in her approach and impatient with the elderly and their caregivers.

Went to Melrose-Wakefield ER for fecal impaction/ 10 day chronic constipation. Was in ER exam room for 2 1/2 hrs without seeing a single nurse. Never took any labs or X-ray. Dr GROSS came in, very rudely started exam, told me I was fine since I had no fever, was having liquid stools & ate 700 calories the day before. I told her she had the worst bedside manner. Told her I was having severe pain in my back & abdomen. She didn't complete exam. Left & said she would come back when I was less angry
