The Doctor is a No Show
I was scheduled for a new patient initial consult at 2:15 pm. The office sent me their paperwork, which was completed and scanned back to the office. To increase the odds of being seen on a timely basis, I arrived at 2:05 in the event there was additional paperwork, which there was. At 3:05, the PA came in and saw that I was putting my shirt back on. I explained that I respect that doctors may have emergency visits challenging their schedules. However, no one told me the doctor was facing an emergency or running behind. After waiting more than 45 minutes, I left and asked the office to call me when the doctor could make an appointment, which meant something. I did not hear from anyone by the close of business that day. I was seeing this doctor as a referral from another specialist. I plan to let the referring doctor know.

Very Rare to Find this Caliber
I have been a patient of Dr. Gehrmann for many years. There are many very good doctors. But when you find one that is exemplary, you are very fortunate. Dr. Gehrmann is not only brilliant, but he is very kind and caring for each patient's needs. I cannot express enough what a wonderful physician he is. Don't hesitate.

Elbow surgery
My son had his elbow fracture fixed by Dr. Gehrmann last Fall 2021 with the hopes of being able to play lacrosse for his senior high school season. His projected return to play was early April. His actual return to play was February. Thankfully he had an amazing season this year and he feels strongly that Dr. Gehrmann is responsible for making sure he was healthy and ready to play. Dan earned several post season awards and accepted a scholarship to STAC to play lacrosse: He could not have done this with a bad elbow…. thank you Dr Gehrmann for all you did for Dan!

If I could give Dr. Gehrmann 10 stars I would. He has treated me for ACL tears in both knees (no surgery), He did surgery on my husband for a ruptured biceps tendon. My oldest son required surgery for a shoulder injury and most recently my 11 yr old son sustained a football injury to his elbow which required a surgery to take bone and cartilage from his knee and transplant it to his elbow. All of us have fully recovered with no complications and are back to full activity with no problems. He has cared for many other friends and family members over the years. Everyone I have recommended to him has come back and thanked me for the referral. He is a compassionate and caring doctor who takes time to listen to you and answers all your questions. He is a skilled surgeon who is also well versed in non-operative treatment of injuries. You can be assured you won't get an unnecessary surgery with Dr. Gehrmann and if you do need surgery you are in the best of hands.

Good Dr but here's the warning in dealing with his practice. At the last visit, the staff never bothered to tell my husband that they no longer took our insurance. That visit went from a nominal copay to over $800. I spoke with the office, they would not negotiate the amount so we agreed to pay it over 12 months. They cashed the cks but still put it in two collection agencies & the harassment/ argument that ensued for over a year. Would not send a statement showing zero balance after requests made
