One star because you were late? What about how great she is as a doctor. You are a crybaby..Can't get what you want and you were mad. Go make an appointment with a psychologist because you really need help with your anger!

Dr. Flam is one of the best doctors (of any specialty) I have ever had. She is warm, has a sense of humor, and has an excellent way of explaining things. She makes great analogies. Sometimes, she even offers alternatives to standard western medicine. I like her theories about what might cause problems. She also is accepting of obese patients. Many doctors are not. That alone would put her at the top of my list.

Dr. Flam is warm, funny and easy to talk to. She always listens to all my concerns and takes time with me to answer any questions I may have. I am so happy that I found a Dr. that really cares about her patients.

Dr. Flam was friendly enough on my first visit but you wait too long to get an appointment and she is EXTREMELY inflexible in terms of having any extended or weekend hours. I had to make appointments before work and was about 10 minutes late to my appt. because my kids bus was late and she wouldn't take me. I have never had this happen with any other dr. She also has no sense of urgency, does not squeeze you in even for issues which should be seen as urgent, they will tell u to go to urgent

Dr. Flam is kind, compassionate and she knows how to be a great doctor. I am a new patient and a big fan!

I selected Dr. Flam based on her educational background and experience. I was new to the area and as I come from a family that includes medical people, I knew that a good primary care physician is not only important for well-care, but will refer to other good docs. Dr. Flam is excellent. Perhaps the best internist I've ever had. She doesn't miss the details. Though warm personality not a must, it sure helps. ALL her referrals excellent. I would trust her with my dearest family members/friends.

Dr. Flam was very pleasent and I also found her very knowable. She listened to my issues. Was able to schedule appropriate test for what she believed my condition. She was correct Ihave celiacs disease. After many years and many doctors I finally got help

I liked Dr. Flam initially but she and her Rn lack follow up. I would call needing to talk to them and either it took days for someone to return my call or they would never called me back.I had issues with severe pain, insomnia and test results. Dr. Flam listened when I was in her office but out of sight, out of mind. Her nurse made a mistake and lacked the professionalism to apologize. Dr. Flam did apologized but unfortunately it lacked sincerity. I was so disappointed because I did like her.
