I was treated with care, attention and professionalism right from my first appointment. The staff took their time to speak with me and Dr. Zubrowski was kind, attentive and thorough. Pre- and post surgery went very smoothly and Dr. Zubrowski is so skilled and knowledgeable and his staff explained any questions I had.I am so so happy with the results and I didn't have the expectations of the result! The outcome was great! I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Zubrowski.

Dr. Zubowski was recommended to me by my primary doctor (his wife is a patient) and some of my friends. WOW! Gorgeous office & friendly staff. Dr. Zubowski made me feel confident immediately that he was the surgeon for me . My results..... I feel like a new person. They say when you look great you feel great! I'm smiling ear to ear! Dr Zubowski's practice is stellar all around. He is an exciting surgeon with a terrific bedside manner, very reassuring and available for questions, and his staff reflect his expectations. Everyone, from the people at the front desk, to Dana, the practice manager, and JoAnna, the nurse practitioner, couldn't have been kinder or more efficient. I am extremely excited with the results of my septoplasmy. This procedure was not suppose to be a cosmetic procedure. However, I feel like my nose looks straighter and better than it did before. The procedure itself was not painful and I had no bruising on my face. Dr Zubowskis office is gorgeous and the all of the staff members are warm and friendly. I love going there and I love the way Dr Zubowskis works. I am now saving for a breast inplant. He is brilliant!

HORRIBLE customer service. A woman who said her name is Johanna called me 24 hours prior to my consultation. I made the consultation over 2 months ago. I took off of work to attend the consultation. When she called she said she had to cancel due to the doctor being out of the office. Then she promised to call right back. Three hours later I called her back and asked when we could reschedule since I already spent so much time with my insurance company approving the doctor. She told me someone else needed the slot and was irritated and nasty. Then I told her I couldn't get my day back for work and asked to fit me in that same morning I made the appointment over two months ago. She became nasty and said no more appointments. When I asked for the office manager she hung up on me and wouldn't answered the phone. This was 2/17/23 at 330pm. She clearly doesn't have the skill set to work with customers and it is pathetic that I have wasted over two months of this time for this doctor and my

I had just about given up after a few botched breast augmentations. After several consultations with well known cosmetic surgeons i met with Dr. Zubowski. He was kind and sympathetic to my situation and put a lot of caring thought into how he could get me the best result. He was honest and upfront reassuring me he could help but may take a couple of of times, which it did. Dr. Zubowski did not even charge me for the second surgery. Dr. Zubowski’s staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Dr. Zubowski really listens to what you want and what you fear. He never over promises, but always delivers great results which look natural but well enhanced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The anesthesiologists are great, too. Well placed trust is as important as great results. Dr. Zubowski provides both! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have recommended him to many friends over the years. Let me start off with a little about me. I'm 31 years old, I have 3 kids. Ages 9, 6, and 3. So my youthfulness has been drained by my children. lol I have wanted breast augmentation since right after my first child but decided to wait. I took my son to have his nose done by Dr.Zubowski... what a fantastic job. What he said he would do before the surgery was exactly what he did at the surgery. My son’s nose came out perfect. The bedside manner of the staff was fabulous! Dr Zubowski is a master to his craft and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their nose done.

In researching plastic surgeons for breast reduction surgery, the name that kept coming up was Dr. Robert Zubowski. My decision was finally made when a family friend, who is also a surgeon, recommended Dr. Zubowski personally. His state of the art surgical center , located in Paramus, New Jersey, was more personalized and comfortable than a conventional hospital setting. From the initial consultation, through the surgery itself, Dr. Zubowski spent time explaining the procedure, taking time for my questions and putting me at ease with my decision to proceed with the surgery. He has a wonderful office staff including nurses who never left my side during and after my surgery! I went to Dr Zubowski for a minor but bothersome condition called sebaceous hyperplasia on my face. He recommended using laser. I asked some questions about scarring if he used laser and he told me “there will be no scarring”. I was apprehensive because I had a procedure done by another doctor that didn’t work at all.
