Only use them as a last resort. They cannot accomplish the most basic tasks of calling prescriptions through to pharmacy. high turnover of staff points to a problem. O and the restroom is nasty most of the time.

I could not of made it without him! He saved my life in so many ways! I could not ask for a better doctor. He is so professional and goes beyond his duties. He is so nice and caring. He made me feel like family. You don’t have to wait. They get you in and out, and he covers every area of care. There’s not enough stars on here to rate Dr. Woodrome. He is the absolute best. 100 stars

From the outside the current building is as it is inside: sturdy but weathered.
Onthe other hand the staff is nearly perfect.
My visits have included everything from routine checkups to minor emergencies. Dr. Woodrome has the knowledge & experience that I can count on.
The receptionist is pleasant, as are the nurses who dutifully handle their assignments.
I have been a patient since 2011. I trust Dr. Woodrome to handle my health issues.

Horrible!!!! I don’t know how he maintains a practice. You make appointments which is an act itself (good luck, he’s only at certain places on Certain days for only an hour or 2) the. You show up for your appointment where you need prescription refills and he no shows. Unacceptable! I don’t know what is going on with him, my husband really likes him when he started going but not it’s horrible. We will not go back.
I wound really consider someone else unless you went poor customer service, no shows, and never getting what you need!

Prescribed my dad 5 BP meds at one to. E and almost killed him. Then stopped seeing my dad because he didn't take the meds anymore.

Well Dr G . Genus amazing and I even have my in-laws seeing him now when he walks in the room it's not a hand shake it's hey tiff with a slight hug and how is the kids and his nurse is just as sweet they care and I love it

Unprofessional receptionist; called 4 times to get medical results and was transferred to a full voicemail- final call resulted in being hung up on and a rude "No" when I asked if there was a problem with the phone. A visit to the office due to not being able to get through resulted in being told "we don't have time to see/talk to you today"- The results were needed asap; x-ray had been done 3 days prior on my mother due to a fall. Contacted Dr. W and he did not respond. Unhappy Daughter!

Waits are to long in woodville office. Every time i go im sitting in the lobby for min of 2 hours and still wait lengthy amount of time in exam room. If we had a new doc come to town my family would change doctors.
