This is a horrible doctor. Do not see Dr West. His assistant JOSH isn’t any better. They take advantage of the elderly individuals and leave you very frustrated. I showed up for appointment on a hot 105 degree day on time and was turned away because of an error they made when scheduling my appointment. I’m 87 years old. My daughter drove 1 1/2 hours to take me. They told me to call back and reschedule. When I did, they said I need to see another doctor in a different practice without any explanation. They wouldn’t give my daughter an explanation either. I believe this is called elder abuse.

My husband and I see Dr. West and our experience has been super. I had had several procedures, including surgery, for skin cancer and its gone. My husband had skin cancer behind one of his ears which required five skin grafts. Dr. West thoroughly explained the process to us including drawing out the way the graphing would be done. This doctor is amazing and knows what he is doing.

I have had Dr. West as my doctor for the last 6 years. He has been thorough in his care for me as a patient and has kept me in excellent health----he is a big reason I have reached 70 years of age this year (2019) in very good health! Patients need to get to know him and discuss your health concerns clearly---that's what I did. Doctors are not perfect--they need your input and your clear communication.

If you value your life or a loved ones life DO NOT LET THIS INCOMPETENT PERSON PRETEND TO TREAT MEDICAL NEEDS. MY HUSBAND DIED OF STAGE 4 LIVER, METASTASIZED INTO THE COLON AND BONES 4 MONTHS AFTER A SO CALLED PHYSICAL. A HORRIBLE SO CALLED DOCTOR.. in 2017 HE MISSED PNEUMONIA AND HAD TO BE PUT ON A VENT. LOST 40 POUNDS.. OVER A WEEK IN THE HOSPITAL.

Never cares to look at the patient not even for more than a minute. Ignores any issues at hand Ignores any illnesses present or have to ask or plead for a health test which hasn't bee done in over 3 yrs. Irony may have a good day but it is hard to find which is it on the calendar to hit it right. Like the doctor but lacks empathy or conern

Very condescending attitude & does not CARE about the patient. Had an in office procedure, removal of a cyst that was oozing infection. After procedure, it continued to ooze and the abscess was still there, (identified by hardness). Went in, he 'looked' at it, said it looks fine, did not touch to see the abscess was still there, just looked. I had to have surgery by another DR. to remove the abscess, they could not believe he only did part of the job. If you want a DR who cares it is not him.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. West?
Did not take the time to listen to everything I worried about gave him a list of symptoms and he did bloodwork gave me steroids and nystatin for my rash and told me it was non specific. I asked him about my other symptoms once my labs came back and he said my other symptoms must just be a part of life and said my bloodwork didnt suggest anything. Also he is always booked. Takes two weeks to get in.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. West?
Very condescending attitude & unwillingness to listen to my concerns as the patient. When telling me that I needed to see a specialist, he said "our referrals department is behind by 4 months so if you can get in on your own try that & then call if that doesn't work". He said that he would prescribe antibiotics for what he thought I had, which a different dr. then said would not work if the diagnosis been correct, as the affliction he suggested was viral, bacterial. Unprofessional. Waste of time
