Hand surgery
From the first time I met Dr. Welsh, he made me feel comfortable. He listened and gave me options for my hand. I ended up having surgery and am pleased with the results.

Caring and professional
Have anxiety and hate needing shots in my hands . He always makes the experience good and leaves me with a smile. I see people say he doesn’t call back or is unprofessional but that has never been the case with me or my dad who has seen him in need of an amputation.

Not Impressed
I was with my 88 year old mom and was not impressed with what I felt was his ‘dismissive’ behavior. He barely answered our questions and was obviously very rushed. Not our fault they overbooked but mom felt her eye shots were rushed. He did what we were there for but if it was me, I would fund a new doctor.

Concerned And Professional
I went to get a second opinion on wrist surgery. Dr. Welch gave me all the time I needed to explain my rather long ordeal. He answered all the questions my wife and I asked him patiently. We left with a lot of great information to decide on surgery. Probably the best doctor visit I've everr had.

I only saw doctor Welch for about 2 minutes during my visit and he showed little interest in my condition. He nearly cost me my employment by not responding to the numerous phone calls and faxes from both myself and my employer. He decided to remove my information from MyChart rather than contacting me at all. I wouldn’t recommend him or his establishment to anyone.

We found Dr Welch to be poor in all categories. Poor patient consultation and caring. Performed surgery in what was a very questionable quality. Poor follow up. Why settle for a second or third class surgeon when you can find a first class surgeon with a little research? Would recommend that you look elsewhere for an ortho surgeon.

Dr. Welsh offers a sense of kindness and sincere care for your well being. He is straight forward and is more than willing to answer any and all questions and concerns you have. I had a fractured wrist surgically repaired, I had no pain or discomfort post-op and was at ease from our first meeting to post-op follow up. I highly reccomend Dr. Welsh
