I have been a patient of Dr. Weiss for many years and now I have switched to another practice. HIs office staff although usually friendly refused to allow me to meet with Dr Weiss to discuss my reservations concerning a suggested surgery. Therefore, after many years, I decided to leave his practice.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Weiss and his staff. Unfortunately my husband who saw Dr. Waters had a very different experience. She was totally indifferent to his care, uncommunicative and generally MIA!
He is 88, had severe dizziness, she had him take a series of tests, and then NEVER saw him or talked to him to discuss a course of action! Just total silence.., which is irresponsible with a patient of that age! He finally went to see someone else. She should learn from Dr. Weiss how to deal with patients! Not a good addition to this really wonderful practice! Too bad-

He's not a bad doctor, but I have to wonder why a dog is roaming around the office. He specializes in allergies - I'm allergic to dogs. Seriously?
And then there's the office staff - the person at the desk asked me to peel off a sticker for her because "her nails don't allow her to do that"
When the doctor recommended a certain procedure, he gave me a brief explanation then handed me a brochure and suggested I look at a website. Not impressed.

OnSept. 22, 2016 I had sinuplasty, terbinates shaved down and my deviated septum cracked for straightening. I opted for being awake and having it done in the office. It was a bit scary. I left with a baggy of supplies for soaking up bleeding. I pretty much exhausted that bag on the ride home. Very painful and fearful I was bleeding out. I went through every piece of gauze in my house and started using rags to soak up bleeding from my nose. I survived. I did develop floaters in eyes day after.

If you have any difficulty breathing through your nose or any difficulty with your nose in general, look no further than Dr. Weiss. Dr. Weiss did my surgery on October 5, 2016 which was not as big a deal as I anticipated, Just a little blood, some boogers, a bit of swelling. Really no big deal. Now I can breathe like I've never been able to breathe before. It was the greatest sensation to be able to breathe through my nose. Thank you Dr Weiss for doing a excellent fantastic outstanding job
