Unprofessional Experience
I made an consultation appointment in January and the office gave me an appoinmtment for 3/29/23 for a consultation. I was called again on 3/23/23 confirming my appoinment, I called to confirm and the day before I was asked to come in 2 hours earlier because Dr. Waltz had to be at the hospital to which I agreed. The day of my appointment I was called by Dr. Waltz's office that Dr. Waltz did not work with my dentist. I told them my referral from my dentist was printed on Dr. Waltz's referral sheet. I asked why they waited so long and that I took off work to be there and got same answer. I called my dentist office and they agreed that it was not something they ever encountered that the referral should have been valid. Fortunately MetLife has other Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons in the area - it's very unsettling how unprofessional this office and Doctor is and raises red flags so beware.

I love Dr. Waltz! He is an absolutely wonderful oral surgeon, and has a great sense of humor. If he was a general dentist I would go to him in a heartbeat.

Dr. Waltz was recommended to me by my dentist. I had a broken off tooth that had a root canal performed to try and get it to last as long as possible as it helps support my lower partial denture. After keeping it for several years it got a cavity and the time came to remove it. The tooth was broken below the gum line and i had extreme fear as what it would take to remove it. Dr. Waltz and his staff made the procedure painless, fast and trouble free. i"m so grateful for Dr. Waltz and his staff.

If I could leave less than one star I would! Completely unprofessional! I will be filing complaints with the ADA and the state... treated my mother terrible, yelling at her before a procedure.. she's home and still upset! Just what a person need before and after a surgical procedure...

I loved Dr. Waltz and his staff! He was down to earth and super sweet. I will not go anywhere else, he made surgery a breeze!
