The time spent in the waiting rooms is unbelievable! You better have several hours to sit and wait. I think this is very unprofessional an completely unnecessary.

While having cataract surgery I was extremely treated in a demoralizing way by the nurses or nurse at Wallace eye surgery. They talk about the privacy act . Well that's a joke there. They allow everyone in the waiting room to hear everything about you and what you are dealing with and embarrass you in front of everyone. They talked openly and out loud condemning the staff of my primary care doctor. Because they felt like they did not comply to what dr. Wallace office ask for. I was traumatized.
