The thoroughness and detail of the exam. All appointments are on time as scheduled which is unusual in todays world. Very pleased with my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Rose, Dr. Turner's associate, for over 35 years and 'inherited' Dr. Turner upon Dr. Rose's retirement this year. He is professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about my health. I have been very pleased with my transfer to him.

I've been seeing Dr. Robert Turner as my family physician since he joined the concierge medicine practice, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This was a visit to get baseline values and go over previous bloodwork. Wow! It was sort of fun to go through the tests and find out my scores. I was introduced to new methodology for determining current health status. Very Nice.

Dr. Turner has provided me with excellent health care support for over 25 years, and his support staff is the best. Dr. T takes the time to diagnose my issues and either prescribes something, or refers me to an equally qualified specialist. He has a very pleasant demeanor and I am never rushed when conferring with me. My MDVIP membership is an added bonus as I am able to contact him 24 hours a day which I frequently do! Dr. Turner is a friend as well as an excellent physician. This would not be possible without his wonderful staff who treat me as a family member. Long live Dr. Turner and me!

Dr Turner's process is that the patient comes in 2 weeks prior to Annual exam and have labs drawn, EKG done, etc. So, when I arrived for my annual, he had all the lab results and could review everything with me. So much nicer than having to wait for a phone call with lab results.

Dr. Turner is a model of what a doctor patient relationship should be. He is patient and does not rush you through. He is very thorough and follows up with your progress. If he feels you need a specialist he doesn’t hesitate to have his staff make an appointment for you. He is friendly and caring. His nurse and staff are friendly, helpful and caring.

Dr. Turner is very thorough, takes the time to answer all questions and makes me feel valued. I recently needed referrals to specialists and he took care of making all the necessary appointments. I have emailed him several times through the MDVIP portal and he has always responded within a day.

I’ve been with Dr. Turner about four years and I was blessed the day I found him. He recently referred me to ACAC, a fitness and wellness health club which saved my life. After having 2 surgeries in 2021 I was so weak and tired and totally exhausted all the time. Weight strengthening and resistance training gave me back my life. If you need a good Doctor who actually listens and cares about your wellbeing, give him a call. You won’t regret it. He’s the best!!

When I went for my annual physical, I thought I had symptoms of vertigo the prior month but Dr. Turner suggested a MRI to play it safe. Sure enough to our surprise, I had suffered a stroke and did not know it. Had Dr. Turner not persisted and ordered the MRI I could have had another stroke or worse died. His staff got me seen by a team of doctors within days so that I could get the necessary treatment and take the necessary precautions over the next six months which included no driving. Per Dr. Turner “ To my surprise, I’m calling you to tell you that you have had a stroke, not that you could have one.” We we’re both in shock. I had no other symptoms. Some other doctors would have told me to come back if/when the symptoms reoccurred. I am so, so thankful and grateful for/to Dr. Turner and his staff for excellent care!????????????

I have a couple of chronic illnesses that require monitoring by a physician. I see specialists for these illnesses, but my Pulmonologist was very concerned that it was difficult for me to see a Primary Care Physician as quickly as I needed. She recommended that I see Dr. Turner who is an Internist. I met Dr. Turner and he explained how the practice worked and that it was a Concierge Practice. The peace of mind I have from being one of Dr. Turner's patients is invaluable. I can quickly get in touch with either him or his nurse. The staff is lovely and everyone in the office is respectful and friendly. Dr. Turner is both proactive and a good listener. I am very glad that I have him for my physician.
