Today was the last straw...
Doctor on call never called me back regarding my TGA son who was very sick and experiencing breathing and cardiac distress. Terrible. This was not the first time this office has not only displayed a lack of concern for its patients but has also has shown me that they are not concerned about how they treat the mom. During covid I called to inquire if mask wearing was ok for TGA children and the woman behind the desk laughed at me, stating and I quote, "I have never had a parent ask such a ridiculous question."

My 13 y/o son was seeing dr Tozzi and it was the most amazing experience for both of us. His kindness, patience and politeness is above average. He has spent with us really good amount of time explaining and answering question. Also his assistants and nurses are very kind. Top class experience. Thank you Dr Tozzi!

Dr Tozzi and his staff were amazing with my one year old. They had toys and videos for his entertainment while he got his tests. Dr Tozzi was kind, knowledgable and empathetic towards our concerns. He's a wonderful doctor who is great with children as is the rest of his staff.
