This has been a terrible experience. Dr. Torti is always rushed and impatient. On several occasions, I have had to ask him to give the numbing solution time to take effect, before my eye injection. On my last visit, he told me he treats 80 patients a day! That was the final straw and that was my FINAL visit. I will find another doctor who has adequate time for his/her patients. For the.most part, Dr. Torti's staff is very rude. Especially, his assistant, who told me on my first visit, if I became nauseated, she would provide a trash can for me! I refused to have dye injected into my system for xrays, because I have kidney disease. She threw the needle into the trash can and stomped out of the room. I will pass my experience on to my Ophthalmologist who sent me to Dr. Torti.

I've been seeing Dr. Torti now for 3 years. When I first came to him with my vision problem, he took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through the treatment plan. I was diagnosed with wet AMD and his treatments have restored my vision back to 20/25. He almost always takes the time to visit with me during my appointments and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Torti to everyone.

Don't even bother calling this office. The staff doesn't even know what insurance they support and were rude on the phone.

I have been going to Dr Torti for approximately 8 years now due to me having diabetic retinopathy. He is a great dr and I trust his opinion on procedures that need to take place in order to further decrease the chance of me going blind. His medical staff has always been superb. EXCEPT for my visit today (12/2/16). The person who checks out patients, Stephanie, was very rude with a condescending attitude. I have even thought about taking my business elsewhere because of her.

My daughter is handicapped. This doctor had no patience, understanding or empathy for a handicapped person. His office staff was also rude. The forms we had to fill out prior to our visit had the wrong address. So when we arrived at the wrong address the tenant said Dr. Torti had not been there for six years. The tenant said that people came to this wrong address all the time. When we arrived at the correct address for Dr. Torti we had to wait an hour to see the doctor.
