Great new patient two visit within the past two week and my wait time was awesome, the time it took to get labs drawn was amazing and to get lab results and to get into the office the same day I called to see if it was back was just amazing never had such great care Thanks you guys for making me feel so special and know you care about my health . And my PA got handled by the time I got home all my prescriptions was called in and was filled as well. Just amazing please keep up the good work.

Dr Strzinek has been my pcp for over 15 yrs, and my husband's for even longer. He never rushes my visits, and pays attention to my lab results. All his staff are at least competent, and some are excellent. I trust him for excellent care, and I trust him to give me good advice on a specialist when I need one.

I have been a patient of the Dr's for several years, today I called about a refill and was told I would have to pay a $35.00 script charge to have the refill authorized. Was offered a discount coupon for another pharmacy for my prescription, this does not seem right.

Unfamiliar with care protocols and violates HIPAA disclosure rules

1993, My Mother 5 Months Pregnant, was going to give birth to a wonderful Baby Boy til the doctor gave my Mother Macrodantin, Which isnt supposed to be given to Pregnant Women, My mother came for a monthly Check up to find no heartbeat. Then he left the placenta inside her, which a month later she dropped outside out cold & had to be rushed to the hospital because she was septic & had to have an emergency surgery. Please if you are a patient of this Dr...think twice & find a new one!!!

I have been a patient of this office for about 5 years now and have many experiences- both good and bad, and some just mediocre. The receptionists that have came and gone have all seemed to have an attitude and treat you like you are an inconvience and like you are dumb. I do not have many negative things to say about the doctor himself except for not being as knowledgable as I would like to my specific medical issues. I did experience a painful pap smear by him once due to his inexperience perf

Never met Dr Strzinek. Only his nurse practitioner and student nurse practitioners. Office staff is rude and getting anything ordered takes a act of God. Took 3 weeks to get them to order bloodwork and a nebulizer. I wouldn't recommend

I will start with giving 5 Stars to Dr. Robert Strzinek & staff at Texas familiCare. This facility runs like a well oiled machine thanks to the attention paid to scheduling your visit so you don`t have a long wait in the waiting room to the super friendly attitude of the staff. My most recent visit I had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Practitioner Sharon Fowler and was really impressed.She is an outstanding professional. As is Nurse Practitioner Sara Toler-Martinez, Gloria & Jennifer. Great Job
