I have been seeing Dr. Smith since late 90s or early 2000s, cannot remember for sure. Anyway, I am still with him in 2020. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by everyone in his office. I would not change doctors for anything. He is the best.

Dr. Robert Smith is the most knowledgeable, insightful and caring physician I've known. His staff, namely Kevin, is exceptionally patient and kind to patients, which is very important, since my mother is elderly and fragile, and needs to feel comforted during her visits. We feel blessed to have found Dr. Smith.

I was scheduled for a wellness visit ONLY. Blood work was ordered which was wellness ONLY - no diagnostics whatsoever - and there were no problems at all with my blood. I was then billed by the doctor AND the hospital (for blood work). I called the doctor’s billing person who said that because I asked a question during the visit that it would not be considered wellness!!! I honestly believe they were not fair about this. The doctor also did nothing whatsoever to help me during any visit!!!

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Smith take time to listen to you before making an assessment. Also, before the sick visit ends, Dr. Smith always asks if there is anything else that we need to talk about. That is a good quality because some folks typically have something else on their mind but can be apprehensive about bringing it up. Has a great sense of humor, treats with care and seems to be very respectful of his Staff. Well Done. Highly Recommend Dr. Smith and Paula Hunter!
