Great Lakes Oral has wonderful and caring staff. They always makes you feel welcome. Dr. Stringer made me feel at peace about the decisions I had to make and after my surgery was done Dr. Sheperd even stopped by to make sure I was doing fine. Surgery went better than expected, excellent written instructions for self-care after surgery. Recovery was quick and complete. Dr was knowledgeable, explained procedure well, professional. Great staff: friendly, helpful, quick to reply to messages, very little waiting. I'd highly recommend Dr Sheperd.
