Dr. Robert Sheely, MD

After having lived in this area for over 30 years I’ve seen my share of doctors come and go. Dr. Sheely is one of my favorites. I don’t have any negative info about him. In fact he helped my daughter deal with a condition she’s had for a while. He found a Dr. she needed to see and wrote them a letter to explain her problem. Finally she had some peace of mind. Thanks, Dr. Sheely.

He is the best

Dr. Sheely was as good as they get. I'm glad I found him.. He was friendly, and seemed to know exactly what my was going on with me. After my exam and consultation, he shook my hand and apologized to me, for seeming to be rushed, which I didn't feel that way at all. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience.

Arrogant, didn’t want to take time to listen, diagnosed me with “classic case of tennis elbow.” Gave me completely wrong meds. Turns out my rotator cuff is either torn or strained. I am currently doing PT to see if it improves.

I am over seven plus years sober and Dr. Sheely treated me as a criminal who was out for drugs. He referred to me on more than one occasion as "one of those people that thinks one pill is good so two is better." He even made me cry and then told me I was overly sensitive. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Even though he’s not my PCP, I see Dr. Sheely much more often than I do her. I can always get in to see him right away and really like the telehealth appointments as I don’t have to leave my home. Having RA, I seem to catch a lot of respiratory infections from my grandkids and Dr. Sheely is always there for me. He is very thorough in his evaluations and a nice guy, too.

I think Dr. Sheely is a good doctor. But this office isn't doing anything special as regards Covid19. According to the girl at the front desk who is there to make appointments everyone sits in the waiting as usual. They are "trying to get people back into a private room as soon as possible" and patients are "welcome to wear a mask, if they want to" Huh? What about patients who might actually be susceptible to this virus? Good luck? Pass. I'm moving to MEA where they take precautions to prevent the spread from person to person on their premises.

This doctor is amazing! I have gone to Dr. Sheely for years. He saved my daughters life and has improved my health in general. Top Notch! I have been to many Drs before finding Dr.Sheely and would not go anywhere else. He will even see you on the weekends!!

He has been our Dr. since we first moved here 15 years ago, and I absolutely love him, he has saved my life and my husbands life. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Love his staff too!!!

I had to come in for some pain. he was able to get me in same day. Took care of me got me some good meds and I've been on my happy way. Thank you!

Very, very rude!

Great Dr. Very knowledgeable and experienced MD that cares about your health! Genuinely a good person. He takes his profession very serious. Listens, evaluates, discusses and treats.

Most rude doctor I've ever encountered. Not one specific question I asked was answered. Went to see him once when he was in Madison and never went back. This was the first time I've ever fired a doctor and hopefully the last?

I take my kids to see him & have for the past 3 or 4 years. He's helped solve ongoing issues that other doctors couldn't figure out. I'm very satisfied. Whoever wrote those awful reviews clearly have underlying issues within themselves.

Very professional. Very personable. My whole family goes to him now.

ARROGANT, RUDE, speaks poorly of other doctors' experience and service provided, felt "dismissed" when trying to ask questions about my condition (he would cut me off mid sentence).......just TERRIBLE bedside manner. The worst I have ever experienced by a doctor. I will never go back!

Dr. Sheely is one of the best practitioners in the area. He's funny, quick to the point, and works with you towards a solution for whatever ails you.

Dr. Sheely is a very caring doctor that is truly concerned with your health and well-being. He seems very informed about the latest meds and procedures. Plus, just a nice person.
