Horrible Experience for my dad.
He doubled my dad's meds that the kidney doctor had just prescribed for him. The vessels in his eye busted. Then when that was resolved, my dad was given the all clear and flew to Mexico on a trip. He nearly died on the flight. He immediately had to get a pacemaker IN MEXICO, and his kidneys nearly started failing. The eye that had the blood vessels burst now has accelerated macular degeneration. My father was not able to fly for over a year. Thanks Dr Saad. Excellent job. And his office staff have issues as well.

Why would a Doctor not call his patient
I love Dr. Saad. But today my mother went to her visit. She had to meet with the NA and not Dr. Saad. They told mother about some things that really scared her regarding her heart. Mother is always put at ease when she can talk to Dr. Saad, but today she did not get that chance. So I called after moms appointment to see if Dr. Saad can call her just to go over what was talked about with the NA. It is not a long call needed, just reassurance of why they are doing new tests. And WHY if they are critical tests are they pushed back over a month and half away into October (we are in August). I was told by Monique, that he will not call her. He does not do calls. This is very sad, because he used to be such a great man who could talk to mother and reassure her. We have been going to him over 20 years. The rude attitude from Monique saying if you want to talk to Dr. Saad you can schedule another appt is absurd. What happened to caring about your pateints and having empathy?

He did a heart catherization for me. It went seamlessly. Do not fret if you need this procedure. Your are in most excellent hands. NO Pain, no anxiety, no fear, relax and let him do what he does best...take care of his patients. Even during COVID , and needing to be tested before the procedure, tedious extra trip, and testing false positive.... it was a piece of cake. Trust God and trust yourself into this mans hands as he practices his profession most excellently.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saad since he has been in private practice. He is always professional in manner and patient as he explains diagnoses and changes in the care plan. I would recommend him again to friends and family because I consider him top notch and I would not want to go to another Cardiologist.

Dr. Saad is cordial as is his staff. I prefer the Boerne location as the parking is free & plentiful. Also can avoid the traffic situation in San Antonio at the Medical center.

It was a telemedicine visit. They called me early to get the right program on my phone. Then they called me 15 minutes before my visit so the nurse can do her thing. I was pleased. I would rather be in person, but we do what we have to.

My most recent visit was a follow-up after discharge from hospital for afib. Dr Saad has been my cardiologist for more than 15 years and has always been thorough, giving explanations where necessary and helping me to understand what is required of me to become more healthy and maintain a good lifestyle. Excellent professional in whom I trust completely. Rare for me.
