Didn't bother to read my chart even though I was facing a life-threatening problem. I am incredulous at his version of events which do not match up to the facts - clear easy to prove evidence that all of us can read in the medical record.

Though facing an amputation of yet to be determined extent he did not even bother to tead my labs (he would have noted an overlooked positive infection result from 5 weeks prior) and he did not even record my antibiotic history (falsely claiming I was taking the medication Bactrim - when at most I had been given 1 pill of it while being wheeled away to have my toes chopped off.)
