A wonderful doctor, very easy to communicate with and a blessing!!! Great staff. Very caring people....such a breath of fresh air.

I arrived at 12:05 for an appointment at 12:15. I waited until 1:30. I was told the doctor was doing a nerve conduction study on another patient. I had other appointments and left at 1:40.

Dr Poczatek, exemplary professional, listens and asks the right questions to help discover the best plan for your condition, truly cares and you aren’t run through a hit and miss car wash.

I went in for severe low back pain, leg numbness, and leg pain. I was sent for an MRI but was not scheduled a follow up appointment. I had to call several times to get my results. I was then told that there was nothing in my MRI that would produce the symptoms I was having. He sent me back to my rheumatologist because he was sure I had polymyalgia rheumatica. I was in such pain I could not get out of bed for 2 days. I got the results of my MRI to look at myself and in plain writing it said I had degenerative disc disease with nerve root impingement on both sides of my spine. I followed up with a doctor in Huntsville for a second opinion and was told my disc was totally blown and I was bone on bone in L4/L5. I also have pinched nerves on both sides. I will be going in for surgery August 9th. I have not been this disappointed in a physician in a long time.

My appointment with Dr. Poczatek went very smooth. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is very personable. He made me feel at ease as I was not looking forward to my appointment.
