Horrible experience. Unprofessional office, incompetent and rude staff. Beware of corporate houly paid dentists, they don't care! This office also charges you a fee to "sterilize" their equipment.

Dr. Jason Pavelka did my upper jaw surgery in October of 2018 to correct my cross bite. He is one of my favorite people in the world! He truly cares about his patients and is passionate about his role as a doctor. He visited me during my hospital stay, was in constant communication with me or my husband during my recovery, and was only a phone call away. I wish all other doctor's were like him and provided so much care before, during, and even after surgery! Dr. Fields and their office staff is also amazing. 5 star (Can I give more?!?!) review for this practice, for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pavelka and his ENTIRE team! I'm SO grateful that I was referred to him by my orthodontist for double jaw surgery. My surgery was a few years ago and I'm SO happy with the results! It was one of the best things I've ever done for myself and I couldn't be more happy with the results and my appearance. I have so much more confidence in my appearance now and receive tons of compliments on my transformation. I've had a lot of experience with doctors and surgeons, and I can tell you that Dr. Pavelka is as good as it gets, and is, in my opinion, the GOLD STANDARD. I'm so spoiled by this experience, that now I'm critical about every other healthcare provider I visit because they aren't as nice, or aren't as organized, or aren't as proactive, or available or whatever - as Dr. Pavelka and his team! I seriously wish I could go to them for all my healthcare needs.

He is excellent doctor with lots of patience for the client. His treated was gentle and yet effective. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Jason Pavelka.
