I am my mother's medical surrogate. Dr. Parks visits her weekly at Aperion Nursing Home in Fairfield, IL. I have tried many times to contact Dr. Parks but he has never returned my calls. His staff has promised he would call me, but nothing. I do not recommend him for anyone.

This guy is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever seen. Doesn't listen to you. Makes inappropriate jokes and comments. Doesn't spend enough time with you to even tell him what's going on with you. Tells you he's going to do something, but never does. THIS GUY SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE.
