Staffing problems
I have been a patient of Dr. Parker for 15 years. I went to see him today and was abused by a staff member. I was having a test done and the woman performing the test told me I was moving too much. I was not moving at all. She was moving the machine and blaming me. This test was hurting my eye, so I said no more tests. She told me that was the doctors decision. I informed her it was "MY" decision. She did not like that. I went back to the exam room and was wanting to leave which further angered her. The doctor came in and finished up with me. I decided to go pay the bill while he filled the prescription out. She yelled after me that if I wanted the prescription, I better wait for it. I highly recommend he fire her or be ready to lose more patients. She is nasty.

After healing from having surgery to repair a Macular Hole in my retina, a cataract needed to be removed. Dr. Parker did an AMAZING job removing my cataract. Before having surgery my vision was 20/150...the day after surgery my vision changed to 20/40....it just keeps getting better. Thank YOU, Jesus for Dr. Parker!!!

My wife went in to get her eyes checked and to get a new eyeglass prescription. She did get her eyes checked but could not see with the prescription that Dr Parker came up with. Rather than working with her to come up with the prescription that she could see with, he acted as if it was her choice not to see out of it. He apparently doesn't understand that the goal of an eye doctor is that his patients be able to see better when they leave his office, not put up with lenses that they can't see out of just because of the doctor's impatience, ego, ability, or maybe even incompetence. We paid for substandard service and will now have to pay another doctor to get a prescription she can see with. I had an appointment with him as well, but we canceled it. Stephen Bryant

I am truly blessed having Dr Parker perform cataract surgery on my eyes. At my first visit with him, He answered all my questions fully and spent more time than any other DR I had ever been to. DR Parker really cares about his patients, and it shows in the way he goes over every small detail with you. I recommend everyone who is having concerns about their eye problems, to do yourself a big favor and see him first. Sincerely, Charles Strader
