Awful, just awful!

It took calling over 32 times over a 2 day period to finally reach a person even after voice-mail days before i asked if they had any issue with my weight because another Dr had said something about his chairs limit. I was so thankful when told no. I scheduled my apt which saddly it was on my Birthday. But thats ok I had pushed it aside as a single mom for years to be able to care for my daughter. Upon speaking with the Dr I tried daying why I chose the removal my dentist offered. But he ignored me & He cut me off & started talking to the man who was shadowing him. He said he sees this all the time. People see free on their insurance& try to pull good teeth over money. I refused to give up, I have been in pain and just wanted it to end. He cut me off again and started in about my age and jaw bone. Then once I still didnt give up he decided after 2 hours being there to inform me I was too fat for him to work on. Told me I basically had no hope of getting it done cause of my obesity.

Friendly, efficient, and competent front desk staff. Dr. Orta was phenomenal. This is the first time in Florida that I have had such a seamless experience with a Dentist/Oral Surgeon. The office is located an hour away from my residence, however, due to the care received, I would have no problem driving to the office on a regular basis.

Professional staff and clean quiet surroundings. Excellent follow up and scheduling.

The staff is so fast and friendly! Gave me great info on what not to eat,drink, etc the day my wisdoms teeth were taken out. Not only that Dr. Orta was so fast with the teeth removal. I would definitely recommend 5 stars well deserved!

I had all my teeth extracted and was worried about the pain and how bad I was going to hurt after but there was minimal pain and swelling went down within first few days they staff are amazing they make you feel welcome, comfortable and explain what is going on, Dr.Orta and Staff take care of their patients I would highly recommend their office
