I've had three surgeries now with Dr. Nixon and he is an excellent surgeon. He's very cautious and thorough and does not seek to over treat, as some other doctors do. You know that what is being done really needs to be done and will be done carefully in a way that will cause you the fewest possible side effects. He's honest and ethical. I've had very little pain after surgeries and scars healed quickly and invisibly. Very precise. I do recommend him to friends and family.
