He is down to earth and no nonsense ( but with wit!) . His Demeanor gave me confidence in him and I really felt safe with him (I have not had a lot of surgeries). his office staff managed to book me a hernia repair right after Christmas and before my insurance deductible started over!

I feel very fortunate that Dr. Nachtsheim was on call the night I wound up in the ER with a very serious condition. I have been treated by him for the past 10 months including 2 major surgeries. He is kind and thoughtful, explaining the process in a way I could understand. He doesn’t sugarcoat the hard facts but presents them in a way that makes you feel confident in his experience. He is also very easy to reach by phone which is so rare these days.

My daughter was admitted for emergency gallbladder removal surgery and Dr. Nachtsheim was the surgeon on call. He was thorough and detailed in explaining the procedure and what to expect. His assistant reported by phone that my daughter was doing well during surgery, and afterwards, Dr. Nachtsheim gave me a detailed summary of the surgery and what to expect afterwards. My daughter recovered very well with no complications. We were very pleased with his professionalism, efficiency and manner.
