I think Dr. McRae should have some afternoon hours. That's my thinking.

I would recommend Dr. McRae. I had to have a scope test and he was very considerate of how nervous I was. The test wasn't as bad as I had worked myself up to thinking.

The doctor is very nice and helped me with my problem. The billing however is questionable at best. Seems they just want to maximize billing/payments. Was told to come in for followup of test results and the visit comprised only of telling me everything was ok and asking how I felt after taking the medication prescribed. It lasted 3 minutes but I was charged for a full office visit. This is something that could have been done by telephone. Also billed for procedure not done!

Went in for a simple ear cleaning, but left with a bloody and plugged ear. Dr. McRae seemed to be in so much of a hurry, the tool broke in my ear, he tried to clean it up, blood came out of my ear, and my ear was not cleaned. I was rushed out of the exam room even though I felt nauseous and off balance. Will not return to this practice.
