My grandmother has been a pt for decades. She's nearing the end of life and during a pandemic, Dr. McLeroy has required an in office visit to eval and approve in-home care, and now hospice. This was tremendously important as 10s of 1000s of dollars has been spent out of her personal savings to have 24/7 care for the past YEAR+. We basically needed a form declaring she's had a stroke to get coverage (obvious on signs/history). As a medical provider myself, this is pathetic. You want an 80+ woman to risk coming into the office during this COVID surge? Have you not got with the times and set up TeleHealth? Lucky for us, the ER physician was able to simply fill out a form and now Hospice has been approved - it took LESS THAN A WEEK FOR THIS (and same baseline symptoms for past year). The Medicare system she has paid into for 30+ years is now finally taking care of her and rightfully so. I would not recommend Dr. McLeroy as your physician. My grandmother deserves so much better.

Been going here as a family for abt 4-5 years...the receptionist named DANNA has always been nice at 1st, but if you have any questions, issues, or problems...basically anything that makes her do any actual customer service work...she will do anything to give you attitude, cause you delays, or anything else you can think of including asking "then WHY DO YOU come here?" if you complain at all. Very very unprofessional... and I hope Dr McLeroy can understand this woman is costing him patients.

Dr. Bob has been my family's physician for years and he is the gentlest and kindest Dr. He will actually listen to your needs and speak back as so many others do not. We will continue to use him for as long as we are here.

I despise this doctor. He refused to take my gallbladder out when there was a clear medical need for the removal. He prolonged my suffering. Despicable!
