It's a circus
I've been seeing Dr McDonald for 3 months for sinus drainage. He sent me to tests, blood work, even ear test. All we're positive. He then put me on allergy shots weekly. I've never had allergies. We have good blue Cross blue shield insurance and he was still charging me $50 a week for shots and I was told it could take 6 to 9 months to see if it works. I told him to drop me as a patient. I definitely do not recommend him.

Great experience!
I was suffering badly and the next available appointment was weeks away. Dr. McDonald and the secretary, I wish I could remember her name, worked to fit me in the next day. His explanations were thorough and the entire office staff was welcoming.

NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS
Dr McDonald is awesome, but if you are in a wheelchair, don’t bother trying to go into his office by yourself. There are THREE doors that cannot be opened by a person in a wheelchair. It’s rather PATHETIC for a DOCTORS office to NOT HAVE HANDICAPPED ACCESS in 2024. He needs to spend less money on bringing babies into this world that won’t be taken care of and more money on helping the people that are already trying to just survive in this worthless world.

One word:Awful. First of all they run all kinds of food allergy tests not approved by FDA. Then they tell you your allergic to everything under the sun and it’s best you just don’t eat anything. But...the biggest problem is that when you try to get to the office to get your shot they close down at the sign of a snowflake or any other bad weather. It’s just poor customer service overall.

My experience has been a very good one overall but I am a little disappointed when I have to see the nurse practitioner rather than Dr McDonald.
